Violence

In this session, we discussed about Serious Management Problems: Violence and Aggression. I have one case that occurred in the school environment.

I just have one case, not my experience. :)

Usually, every school has children to cluster themselves, like “gang”. In one gang have usual in same character, so they do not want to be friends other person.

Another side, they are making noisy, they is feel that they are the correct aisle, the top gang, the wealthiest,  the most beautiful or handsome. So if there is another gang that they have exceeded their taste, they will invite others to fight alley. So there are violence in the schools.

Warfare between one gang and other gang in the school are very frequent, due to trivial. To avoid that the role of the school is in need especially the teachers who teach in the class.

Then we need to increase the awareness that human beings should respect, cherish. so we do not made ​​unlawful in scorn, insult each other. So every morning the teacher should remind students to love each other, respect for fellow human beings, teachers, friends, parents or people around us.

Then hold night for every student, in this event student can share what they are feeling, after that students held the games, this game are not contested, but the games are just for fun and enhance a sense of family.
