                            How to Give Students Motivation

In the last meeting on November 6, 2012 we have discussed about how to give students motivation and what kinds of motivation that students needs to influence their minds during the learning. This course is so interesting, because the candidate of teacher this method should be know well, moreover to implement to students in classroom.
For last week friends and I have presented about the influence of the beliefs on motivations to learn and applying an understanding of learners’ needs in your classroom. In this section every group will perform to deliver the material. We have excited perform my friend and the theme present is KEPO QUIZ. This topic is so interesting. I have understood in my presented is about the influence of the beliefs on motivation. There are many beliefs that influenced motivation such as; future outcome (expectation), value, intelligences, capability and attributions.
Also from other group I have understood about goal orientation influence on motivations and motivation in classroom. Other group also has good performed to make their presentation like role play as presidents’ selection and Puisi Musikalisasi. Although we’re learning use this activity, but every group can deliver the material.
After perform we have posttest and we have some time to review the material that delivered by our friend. So if we don’t listen and follow them to deliver material, we can’t to finish the test well.
