Asking money by force ( Pemalakan )

Reflect about aggression and violence in school, I remember the events that are happening in my junior high school first. I often see my friends asked for money by force by my senior. And it happened in the back of the school over and over again. My friend would get violent if he doesn’t give money to my senior. I saw the incident but didn’t dare report it to the school. My friends were like asked money by force was afraid to come to school.
 Until one day, the news was a scene at school so my senior who likes asked money by force was getting suspended for one month of school.

I think it is a physical aggression resulting into violence. In addition, it is also the bullying because it is done repeatedly until my friends  was scared and didn’t dare to go to school anymore. And I agree about the actions taken by the teachers at my school because my senior was supposed to get the level of punishment that made him wary so the suspension is one right way. However, it helps if the counseling teacher find out why my senior to do so. I regret very much, there was no follow up from my school after suspension.

In addition, the teacher should ask the cooperation of parents to guide the level of my senior home. So long as the suspension is not a time away for vacation but reflect their fault.
And it's good also collects victims who had asked money by force and my senior apologize to my friends. Because of the need for peace between the two sides so it does not happen again and there is no sense of revenge.
