Three Materials Would I Apply if I Became a Teacher

I feel some of the material in the MMSEL course very useful for me as teacher candidate. Especially on classroom management materials, student motivation and Facing the Problem Behavior. I'll apply what I've got when I became a teacher later. Basic skills that classroom management is very important to have a teacher. Well Classroom management is not easy especially as a new teacher. However, I as a teacher candidate, the opportunity is still wide open to get that capability. I was actually able to start honing it when School Experience Program. So, when I became a teacher later I already know how to manage classes well.

Second MMSEL material that I consider important and I can apply later on when I became a teacher is motivation. Theories of motivation and how to motivate students in the classroom is important for teachers to know. I hope to use that motivation theories appropriate for my students, so that they can be motivated to learn. The motivation was not only seen their value rise but my students will desire to learn and follow the spirit of the lessons that I teach. And motivate students must be coupled with an understanding of the students. As I understand what students like, so I know about the actions I will do. If you encounter students who have low motivation, I'll figure out the right way to increase student motivation. Maybe I can try is to motivate students from outside.

While the third is the problem of material behavior. I somewhat understand that students with behavior problems requiring special handling of me as a teacher. I now know that not only punishment I can do to deal with it. There are many other ways that are better than punishment for students who have behavior problems. The first thing I need to do later is to identify the problems that exist for these students then make a personal approach. Apart from that I also will not be able to do it myself when I encounter students with behavior problems. I need to work well with parents. Because parental control at home is also important.

The materials that I mentioned above is very important I know as a teacher candidate. I hope I can actually apply it when I became a teacher later. So I would teach with heart  and not only transferring knowledge to my students later.
