Planning for Effective Classroom Management

Planning is Important Thing in Classroom Management

Planning, that is one thing is very important for everybody before they want do something. The advantage if we have planned our activity or something is we can know the steps of that so we will not confuse about our activity. As a teacher, we should to plan our activity in classroom for effective classroom management. Why?  Because, we can ready for help students to get their knowledge based on our plan.

Altough in this meeting I cannot join because there is event in SSE (NEC) so I cannot involve when my friend present their material. But, I got task to find out the resource which talking about planning for effective classroom management. The resources can anything source. In this task, I used movie and article. The title of movie is "School 2013" and the article is from National Comprehensive Center for Teacher Quality. I compare this article and movie to get what is the main point of that topic.

So, based on my reading and analyze the movie, I get knowledge how to make plan when we want teach in classroom. First, before we start our teaching in the classroom, we must identify students’ character, such as their behavior, their motivation in learning, and so on. The second one is make rules and routines with students. The part is difficult to engage students motivation based on rules and routines with consequence.
