How will you implement MMSEL when you be teacher?

This is the last session of MMSEL. So MMSEL or motivation and management of students for effective teaching is a course that how to motivate students to be interested in learning and teaching process in the class and how to management class room

So MMSEL is very useful when I became a teacher, I will implement it when I be teach later. Many ways to implement MMSEL, one of them, the first time I would make the students liked me after that make students like my course. I will use a variety of teaching methods so that students do not get bored, and then I will arrange the seat so that students are not conventional, but students  will be seat like U, so all students can see clearly of learning process, then I will make the classroom regulation, all of member in class must obey this regulation, as much as possible I memorized the names of all students in class so that students feel valued, I will forbid bullying in the classroom  and I will give time for consultations about everything in outside classroom’ time

I hope all of my planning can running well when I am be teacher and I hope I can be patient teacher, don’t emotional.  ;)
