The application of MMSEL in my class when I am being a teacher

In MMSEL class, I got a lot of information about how to motivate students and how to manage class well. The things that I remember are about planning for effective classroom, communication with parents, serious management behaviors.

I thought that all of the materials in MMSEL class are useful for me actually, because I am not good neither person nor teacher candidate. I did not like talk too much with other people even they are my close family. So I learn how to communicate with parents if I am really becoming a teacher someday. I learned how to make the good situation to talk and make a deal with parents. So I am as a teacher could work together with the parents to educate the students.

But before I communicate something with the parents, I learn how to give motivation for students when they are in school or exactly in my class. I think that it’s important before I communicate all things to the parents. In this part, I learned how to know student deeply. By knowing the real student behaviors, I can learn how to motivate them to be better than before. And these things relate with serious management behaviors that we have to know what student behavior that break boundary are. I think that this kind of material will help me to choose the right treatment that I will do for the students. If it does not work, so finally, I can do communication with the parents.

And to encourage all things above, I have to creative make a good planning for my classroom management. I will use it to make class became more effective like prepare the lesson plan, choose the interesting activities for students, give them the right way in teaching and learning and think how to make my students can work with me in effective teaching and learning.

That is all of my opinion about the application of MMSEL material in my real class someday. I know that these materials had opened my eyes about the relationship of my good personal behavior and knowledge about students, school, and parents. Because all of them are parts of school communities that will help each other to make an effective environment for education.
