During MMSEL course, I got many thing about the motivation and management students in classroom. I got many knowledge about that, such as how to manage students’ behavior, and we must to arrange activity to develop people’s motivation. We know that task very difficult, but if we have commitment and motivation from our self, we can do it better. That’s why I agree with that task because not only the participants as the object of our activity but we also involve that activity to motivate our skill.
In last meeting, I want to tell about if I am a teacher, I will exactly implement my knowledge in MMSEL course when I am teaching. Why? Because I like to know about students’ behavior. That is one of my challenge as a teacher. It will make me know how we can get closer with students not only as a teacher but also they can regard me as a “friend”. But, we cannot more closely with them because we are not a counselor but if our students has a problem we can invite them to school’s counselor.
