When we motivate others means we also are self-motivated

Yes, here is my reflection project. My project is to motivate students to be familiar to English starting from speaking, listening, and how to motivate yourself to want to learn English.

The origin of this idea is when the fact remains that there are many mathematics department  2010 is still very less in the English language. From thus comes the idea of how to improve the ability of students in English language both in terms of writing, listening and speaking. Through this activity is expected to motivate my friends to be more serious in learning the English language.

Irony actually, I was part of this group still cannot speak English, but I want to motivate people to speak English. How could I have to motivate people, to motivate myself even I could not? However, I am very pleased to be able to make a breakthrough like this because I think it was when we motivate others means we also are self-motivated.

For the last of this reflections, I would like to thanks to my group have work together to realize this idea, and also do not forget to thanks to my friends math department 2010 has participated in these activities even though all could not attend. I expect my friends are hopefully motivated to learn English harder although this activity is not running anymore.
