It's all about Serious Management
Why is it called a
serious management? The question was
who first appeared when my group and I
will discuss about serious management in classroom. Yes, apparently the
serious management discussed in class is about how
the teachers prevent problems students'
behavioral such as aggression, violence, bullying, defiant.
So that is why it called serious management.
My group has to be facilitated in
the previous meeting. I am very happy to be facilitator in this meeting because
the topic that I got was related with my mini research in 3th semester that was
about bullying in school.
Talk about
bullying, perhaps I was one of the
students who are bullying
my friends at school. At first I did not know
if I have done bullying because so far what I did was just
joking. But I
just realized that I very often behave bullying
when I just knew what
it was bullying. Since that time I started to reduce
my actions are often
bullied because I know the impact of bullying
was very large both for the victims and for the perpetrators themselves.
From the experience
itself taught me that when
I became a teacher later, I would seriously
pay attention to my students' irreverent behavior
because somehow a bad student behavior that
may be caused by one of which is the failure of teachers to inculcate moral values
in their students.
There are many ways for
teachers to prevent
the bad behavior of students in the class. But
for me is if the teachers are very care with
the students, then the students
will respect you. That is the point to
prevent student's problem behavior in
classroom.
