How will you implement MMSEL when you be teacher?

Implement MMSEL course

Learning Motivation and Management Students for Effective Learning (MMSEL) course in the 5th semester has done. Of course this course helpful me to learnt about motivation and management the classroom. Besides that, in this course I learnt about how to communicating with parent and serious problem in the classroom. If I become a teacher, of course I will implement my knowledge of MMSEL course, but it is adapted to the conditions of the class. I know when we face with the real students and classroom it will not easy like read or learnt the material, but it will not difficult too. Now, how to implement MMSEL when I am becomes a teacher?
            First, about motivation, I think all of the teachers want their students have motivation to learn, me too. I do not want my students lost their motivation, especially if it is because of me as their teacher. So, I will give an interesting learning process that can challenge them, besides give praise or something like that. Thus, indirectly those are can stimulate their intrinsic or extrinsic motivation to learn. The important thing is in the beginning of learning process analyze what the students’ need.
            Second is about management classroom. In this point I will make a rule and regulation in the first meeting. Then, the students will know what they can do and cannot do during learning process. Actually, I interested what Bu Mima said in the last meeting. She said that when we practice to make a rules and regulation in front of the class we forgot to make consequences for our rules. Yes, I forgot too about it and in that time I confused what kind of consequences that appropriate to some rules. Example, I do not what an appropriate consequences when the students did not respect or raise their hand. After I have a discussion with my friend, I think it is enough if I just remind them. But then, for the some rule it is important to tell the students about consequences of the rules. Example, if they are cheating in the examination, they will get minus for their result. So, tell the consequences in the beginning is very important, because can avoid students to break the rules.
            Now, about communicating with parent and problem behavior in the classroom. Actually communicating with parent should be planned from the beginning of learning. Then, to solve the problem behavior of the students, we can approached them to know what the reason they have a problem behavior. Besides that, we can consultation with the other teachers and maybe we need counselor if we cannot to handle it.
            Those are that I will do to implement MMSEL course when I become a teacher. I hope I can be motivator to my students, and have a good management to my classroom.
