For this meeting we discussed the "Serious Management Problems: Violence and Aggression". Talking about Serious Management Problems: Violence and Aggression, the most inherent in my memory is about Bullying. when my elementary, junior high, high school and up until now, consciously or not bullying so often I do. I often do not realize that the words I sometimes offend or hurt others.
As a prospective teacher bullying is not good of course. Bullying gives negative effect on a child's development. bullying can cause students to be not in the spirit of learning, be creative, and the most painful embarrassment can lead to suicide in a student.
Experience when my elementary school, one of my friends dropped out of school because of embarrassment with his friends often called him "ANAK ILERAN". to other students that may be cute and cuddly, but they are not aware that it is very painful for the child. until today when I came home last month vacation, the child is still often alone in the house because he shame with his friends.
so, let us be a teacher who can maintain and continue to improve students' motivation to learn.
