E-reflection 12

My Hope

            I thought that every people in the world should be have a wish or their hope. But now, I don’t want to tell about the other peoples’ hope. I just want to share my hope in the future, when I become a teacher. Actually, I always think that become a teacher is really hard. Because, there are so many thing and think that I should prepare. And then the most important think when become a teacher is reach the goals of learning and teaching process. So, What should I do? Just prepare that and also find the way to make that easily.

            Now, I got some a way to make that easily from MMSEL class. After MMSEL class has done. I got so many new experience, knowledge and also idea. I learned what Motivation, the kind of motivation, classroom management for effective learning is. And then I learned about How to become a good motivator, facilitator for my students in the classroom. I really like this class, because I learned more how to become a good  teacher and I thought that it was can help me in the future.

            When I become a teacher. I hope that I can apply the knowledge that I have from MMSEL class. The first about motivation, I know there are two part of motivation. There are intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. May be I can motivate my students but it will not success, if the student have low motivation from their instrinsic. So, I want to become a teacher that can increase my students’ instrinsic motivation to learn. The second about classroom management. Classroom management is the most part in learning and teaching process. I thought that if a teacher have a good classroom management it can be make the learning and teaching process success. But it depend on the students also. Because when the classroom management good, but there is no colaboration between the teacher and the student to make the learning and teaching succsess. It can be make the learning and teaching not succsess. So the teacher, students, management of classroom it should be have a good colaboration. The third about communicating with parent. It also the important think that teacher should be attention. In learning and teaching process, the teacher should inform to the parent about their childrens’ development. When the teacher help a good communication with parents of the students. it can help a good impact neither when the student doesn’t have problem  nor the students have problem. it can help the teacher, parent, and also the students to solve the problem.

            Based on all of explanation and also all ther think that i got from MMSEL class. I want to apply all the think that can help me to become a good teacher for my students. Thank you Miss MIMA and also thank you for my friends. I got so many magic of learn from you all. ^_^
