The First Reflection

The First Reflection.

In this semester, I have one subject about Motivation and Management of Student for Effective Learning. So this subject will be study about motivation to everyone to do something especially to learning in the classroom. In the first meeting, we asked who want really to be a teacher. There are only four students in my class want to be teacher. And I am not to be a teacher, I study in SSE because advice from my parents and want to make my parents proud to me. Then after follow some learning in SSE, there are many my friends want to be a teacher. But I still do not want to be a teacher.

Because the teacher have responsibility is huge and not easy, I had to really understand the material well, I have always studying and learning all the time so that the knowledge my students are always up to date, so I can not be a teacher.

But it is undeniable after graduating from the SSE, I will be teaching at one school in Jakarta or in my home town while I wanted continue my college to master grade. After that I want to make business as my main income so I can pay the debt in KSB

Then we are told to write a motivation theory in the flip chart, we just remember theory pavlop which is a behavioral theory. Previously we have received materials about motivation in  the first semester in educational psychology course, but on this subject as we deepen because we are teacher candidates must be able to motivate our students to learn and  we are also must have a great motivation to teach students. Then we learn about intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. So that we succeed to motivate others.

My expectation on this course is to learn how to motivate my students so that my students would enthusiasm to follow my learning activities.
