2nd Reflection of MMSEL/Diyanta Wiga Pratama/2010110044

Reflection Last Meeting
MMSEL dated 2 October 2012 did not escape the excitement as the week before. This week we learned about the theory of motivation stairs or commonly known as the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Start from the beginning of the lesson Mrs. Mima able to enchant a classroom full of jokes so we are motivated to learn the material MMSEL itself. Understandably, before we set off very early and received a hard lesson, it is RM 2.

After opening the learning activities, we divided into groups to discuss the theory of Maslow himself. After discussion in the group, as usual we discuss with the class. Oh come on understanding the theory of Maslow divided into Deficiency needs and Growth needs. Deficiency needs split into 4 rungs form of Survival (Physiological Needs) is the basis of the level of the hierarchy, where people need to live, such as air, food, drink etc.. Then is safety (security), where people need to feel secure in their life. Continue to belonging (ownership) in which human beings need social relationships, in the form of friendship, etc. playmate. Finally, the self-esteem (self-confidence) that humans need a sense of well-respected awards in recognition of their expertise.
Growth needs is the culmination of the theory of Maslow hierarchy, where it will be met if the underlying levels are met. In other words, the level of deficiency needs must be fulfilled all. Growth needs supervised self-actualization needs. Self-actualization is the hierarchy needs to show the ability and skill of a person. This need will arise because someone wants to actualize such a challenging job.
After discussing the theory of Maslow above discussion, role play activities next is the content of the material "The Need for Self-Determination". After that we were divided into several groups. And finally, when the long-awaited appearance in the form of each group. The agenda is the subject of a lot of fun, because each group displays a unique and funny. However, the contents were still conveyed.
If related to private life, the Maslow theory to represent our needs to live a life that is the lowest level of the hierarchy to reach the highest hierarchy of needs. Where we are in life must begin with physiological needs, how not? Because in essence if we are going to work but not eat, drink or sick we would not be able to find customers in business. It was therefore concluded that to achieve the highest level of the hierarchy to which it is first priority.
