MMSEL? ;O

The first met in the MMSEL class, I learned about motivation. My lecture gave me and my friend open ended question. What the meaning of motivation is? I thought that motivation is something from my thinking and my heart, and it will make me want to do something. May be motivation is an abstract, but it is touched and usually in our self. It is my thinking, but by the definition in the PPT MMSEL from My lecture . Motivation is A process whereby goal-directed activities is instigated and sustained. It involves the processes that energize, direct, and sustain behavior. There is so many theories of motivation. Such as, Behavioral theories, cognitive and social cognitive prespective, sociocultural prespective, and humanistic prespective. Those theory will help ask to undertand about motivation of students for effective learning.

I thought that motivation is really important, especially for who want to become a teachers. The teachers should have motivation for herself and also should can motivate their students. it will be difficult, but we as a teacher should do that. How  we are doing that? The answer is learn more about that, and then try to apply in our life. we can motivate anyone else, but before we doing this. We should motivate our self. Motivate to do something positive or positive thinking. I’m very interested to learn more about MMSEL.

After that, My lecture gave me open ended question again. She said that who want to become a teacher? who is “galau”? who don’t want to become a teacher? I said that I “galau”. I thought that I really want to become a teacher, but I don’t want to become a teacher too. I don’t want to become a teachers, who teacher think that her/his income just from to become a teacher. I want to become a teacher because it is my passion. But I want to become a business woman, because it will help my life (my income). It is my wish J.  I believed that I able to reach my wish. When I belived that I can reach my wish, and then I try to work hard etc. I think, that it is the one examle of mativations. So, let’s learn more  about MMSEL, and you will meet a miracle of MMSEL J.
