MMSEL First Reflection

 First time I come to Motivation and Management on Students to Effective Learning Class with Mrs. Mima is making me feel like joined in PETA Class again. I and my friends were still talking about the strategies for teaching and learning. But that is not make me bored because Mrs. Mima is wonderful teacher with many kinds of joke that make me and my friends happy and enjoy during the class. Another that, the topic of our discussion is always interesting. Yesterday I have discussed about motivation and factors that make someone being motive to do something.

In my opinion motivation is anything that can make or support someone to find their goal and success. Many theories said about motivation like Pavlov that said if human can do something because it has usual activity or Skinner that talked about reinforcement positive and negative that can motive someone or students to learn. And many others theories again but I just remember two theories. But during the activities in class I have remember after I have a discussed and saw other friends about theory that they remember.

Another that, I have learned in this meeting if there are extrinsic and extrinsic factor that can influenced the motivation. Extrinsic factor is the factor from outside of the human or students like problems in parent or family, friends, environment and economic. Intrinsic is the factor from inside of human thinking like desire or goal of the students has. Sometimes each factor is change in example one of the students like come to class mathematics because they wants to knows and clever in mathematics (Intrinsic) but their teacher like give students chocolate in every meeting with hope the students more enjoy in the mathematics class. Because of that all students of course always fine in that class. But one day teacher did not bring chocolate again so the students always ask their teacher “where the Chocolate Miss?”(extrinsic). So that is show that the Intrinsic factor can change will be extrinsic factor.  That is one of the example that Mrs. Mima told yesterday that made me understands the intrinsic and extrinsic factor can change. That is my reflection how about you?
