Well Managed classroom

At this meeting, we discusses about well managed classroom delivered by Lia’s groups. Many things that I get from their presentation. But this reflection will tell about "how will you develop well managed classroom? '. I will reflect on my school experience program. To develop well managed classroom when school experience program is very difficult because the class is not my own class,  I just teaching practice, if I make ​​the class rule and agreements inconsistent with this school, I was afraid that students would hate me so they do not give attention to and they are not be cooperative students  in class.

I think to develop well managed classroom when school experience is depends school I get. But usually i always make three agreements for the students follow. That is No hand phone, be active and respect each other.

For managed time, I often am less because my master teacher is late to come in class and the teacher is taught before my class is late to leave the class. So the lesson plan that I have prepared for 2 X 45 minutes to be 2 X 50 minutes and even there are some activity that I keep because of lack of time. Then I guide students when students do exercises, I monitored the students during they do assignment, I do not want students discuss other topic. Then I make them as comfortable as possible during the teaching and learning activities with me, so the students are not afraid to ask questions when they do not understand, I also give  time outside of class to discuss their mathematics material, either matter or material is not understood.

During my school experience program I have not been satisfied with my classroom management; there are still many things that need to be improved. But I wish when I am to be a teacher, my classroom management is to be good so students can more understand the material and comfortable learning with me
