The strategies of Well Management Classroom

One of the problems for new teachers is how they are managing the classroom (Regina M. Oliver & Daniel J. Reschly, 2007). I agree with that statement, but it is not only for a new teachers. The teachers that have taught for many years maybe will face that problem also. It is depending to how they are learning something from their experience in making well management classroom. So, what the strategies? In the last meeting we have discussion about the strategies or factors that can influence a well management classroom. Then, as a candidate or of a new teacher I have some strategies, those are make a rule and regulation, give motivation until the students feel curious to the lesson, then well preparation.
            First, make a rule and regulation in the beginning of the lesson. For new teachers it will help the teachers to manage the behavior of students. But then, involve the students when making that regulation, because the students will be responsible to the regulation. Based on my experience in SEP, it is very helpful to make a good behavior from the students. Besides that, they listened to my instruction. But then, we should manage their opinion to the regulation because sometimes the students joking with that regulation. Then, the teachers must careful to receive them.
            The second is make the students feel challenge and curious to the lesson. The teacher can give the variety activities. Besides that, grab their attention in the beginning lesson. Example, give brain teaser, it is can increase their motivation to learn. But then, that is should relate with the material.  Let the students know what our expectation in that lesson. So, the students know what will them to do. Besides that, sometime we can give a surprise. How? Make the activity that the students will be aware of what they have learned at the end of the lesson. So, they will corious to the lesson, but the activity have to interesting, because maybe they will not interested if they feel the activity make them bored.
            The last, prepare our lesson before we teach. As we know make a lesson plan will help us to prepare what we will teach and how the lesson will run. Besides that, prepare the tools that we need. In addition, not only factors external but from internal also have to noticed, that is preparing well our knowledge about the material. So, when the students giving the question or still confused about the material the teachers can answer well. If the students see their teacher well prepare then they will more pay attention and following the lesson.
            How to make well management it is look like easy to answer, giving opinion and giving the statement. Of course, it is because we have read the resource or discussion in the class about it. But then, when we are face to the real class it is not easy like answer that question. Although, I believe that learn the material, theory, and discussion that we do about classroom management will help us to create well management classroom. Image if we do not know anything, maybe we cannot know whether it is right or not. The skill just get from the experience, notwithstanding the experience is important, because from the experience we can learn something. But then, the collaboration experience with our knowledge about classroom management it will more easily to create well management classroom.
