Classroom Management

When learning MMSEL last week a lot of things to learn, especially as a prospective teacher in such a strenuous task, teachers must actively think about how to teach class. Besides the significance of active does not mean the students are so noisy classroom learning activities or just come alone. However, students are actively thinking of doing a task, receive lessons and critical of the problems presented by the teacher.




So to set the class for the implementation of the learning achieved with good, then the teacher should implement classroom management. Where there is some point in implementing classroom management, according to Ana Rosilawati (2008). 1. Careful preparation, in which teachers must recognize the right every student. Teachers should also prepare learning activities that correspond to the learning objectives. 2. Maintain and continue to develop a routine, where teachers have to think of different learning patterns. So that students do not get bored with the usual presentation of learning. 3. Be calm and confident, with this attitude it will be easy to teach classroom teachers, because teachers will not panic when teaching. 4. Act and behave professionally, where teachers must have a mission for successful learning. 5. Being able to recognize inappropriate behavior, in which teachers have to recognize inappropriate behavior either teacher or student behavior itself. With so undesirable things can be avoided or prevented. 6. Avoiding a step back, if there are minor annoyances caused by students and disturbs other students. So teachers should not retreat, but to stop the commotion. 7. Keeping the possibility of a problem, in order to guard against this then the teacher should act like, keep the class in order to remain comfortable for learning, teachers must spread the attitude of authority and others.



So if you see the above, at least the teachers apply the lessons contained in the implementation class. That way, learning is expected to run smoothly. And reflect when the school bench, then do not be surprised if every presentation of his generation there are always differences of learning undertaken by teachers. There are only applied when the class teacher asks the students to read the book, and then do the job without explanation. There were only told about the life of a teacher or discuss the latest issues without discussing the lesson. Or there were so professional, above which it is applied by the teacher. Like, the beginning teacher reflection and learning, describes the duties and tasks.
