1st Reflection

Hi all,

This is our first meeting in Motivation and Management of Students for Effective Learning (MMSEL) and I cannot imagine how the course will be. At the time, when Miss Mima asked who are really want to be a teacher, and I just thought “Am I want to be a teacher?” Actually not really want to be a teacher, but maybe I can to be a teacher.  That is not same right. This is 5^th semester, and from begin until now, I think that I have to search others job actually. I did not want to be a teacher in a permanent class but I want to be a teacher that could go to everywhere and every time. I did not like in front of class, I want teach in other ways.

After we talked about that, I remember that we discussed about what motivation is in Behaviorist, Sociocultural, Humanistic, Cognitive and Social. I forgot at the time. But I know some of my group members remember it even just a little bit. After each group has to show their result of discussion, I remember it too. Actually, I have to learn it more, because I have to motivate myself before I motivated others. I hope that from this course, I get something new that could motivate me too.
