How I Implement MMSEL as
Teacher
A lot of important
things that have been learned in
the course of MMSEL, one of the most interesting are the management class. Basically, hope
after this class the teacher candidates are able to apply class management themselves
in class. Chapter
is among other forms
of treatment such as avoiding violence in
education, made an agreement when
the first meeting and the various
applications class management in order to achieve the learning objectives that have been designed.
This time I will
reflect on the implementation of the
deal to make agreement when the first class meeting. This case
is important because a lot of things
that done by student to hamper learning objectives in
the classroom. Form of agreement in
this case is making the
regulations when the learning processes
in the class, such as regulatory of punctuation, consideration
when you want to talk, accuracy gathering and other tasks.
As we know
when there is an
agreement, it is no wonder the
purpose of learning is inhibited. Just imagine when to
begin learning but many students were late.
Then the learning process will be hampered by time.
Or even when there is discussion, there are no rules when students raise
their hands when going to ask or think. Then students
will be shouting to devote their aspirations.
For MMSEL
implementation in the classroom when learning, it is
important to consider the achievement of the objectives set in the classroom learning
in class.
